Processing Time
We work hard to get your goodies fluffed, folded and on their way quicker than a goose on the loose!
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During busy seasons and special sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. Business days do not include holidays and weekends because every goose needs a day to fluff her feathers. Your order will be processed the following Monday - Friday.
Shipping Rates
We're happy to offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard USPS Shipping (2-5 business days)
- Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed off to USPS
Order Tracking
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to make sure your order lands in the right nest. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your nest.
Once your package is in USPS's care, The Gussied Goose is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages. In the rare event a package is delayed, lost or stolen, please contact your local post office or file a claim at USPS.gov. Once a package is in USPS’s care, they are the best resource for resolving delivery issues.
Once an order is placed, it’s quickly fluffed and prepped for its journey, which means we’re unable to cancel orders after they’ve been submitted.
